Em tells Tim that Vince's shady dealings will compromise him politically and could destroy his career. Vince struggles to manage his family, and in the process, ignores Tim's desire for confrontation. Tim confesses to Nat that he's still attracted to her, but also states that he could never be with her. And, as the tension begins to mount between Max, Charlotte and Romeo, they are all involved in a car accident.
